M16 Microfluidic Perfusion Chamber for Mammalian Cells

The M16 plate is a breakthrough product enabling 16 simultaneous live cell perfusion chambers for time-lapsed microscopy. Each microfluidic unit is fully independent with programmable exposures to three different solutions. Unlike static cultures, the microfluidic chambers allow medium to continuously perfuse the cultured cells. Three upstream solution reservoirs allow rapid laminar switching of the exposure solution during time-lapsed imaging to monitor real time cell responses. Additionally, flow of 2 or more solutions simultaneously generates a stable spatial gradient.
