Loading of HeLa cells into the M2 microfluidic culture region. Cells were prepared in suspension at a concentration of 2x10^6 cells/ml. Note that as the cells enter the culture area, they settle onto the glass surface. Images captured at 1 frame/sec; sped up 4X. Loading pressure set at 0.2 psi with the ONIX system.
